Gilbert "Chicano" Guevara has waited nine months to fight Gilbert "Boogie" Vera of Austin again. The Brownsville welterweight reached a disappointing point of his pro boxing career last June 16 in Austin when he suffered a second-round loss to Vera on a technical knockout at the Erwin Center.
